I’m super happy you’ve found this digital space and I want you to make yourself at home. But before you do, I need to make sure you understand the purpose of this site.
Please read the following carefully.
WHO THIS IS FOR
My work is written for, by, and centers women-identified individuals, including trans and non-binary femmes, and the language and experiences on this site will primarily reflect that.
If you identify as a man and are looking for work and resources that speak to sexual liberation for male-identifying folks, I recommend you check out the work of Charlie Glickman, Expressions Untold, John Wineland, David Deida, and Reid Mihalko to name a few.
All content on this website (including its products and digital classes) is meant for education, affirmation, and empowerment purposes only. It is not meant to treat or diagnose serious medical/mental conditions or replace professional medical advice.
I (Ev’Yan Whitney) shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or injury that result in your use of the content or techniques discussed on this website or in products offered through this website.
I have no formal training as a sexuality doula or sex coach. Much of what I know has been either self-taught—I’ve spent almost a decade studying sex, sexuality, gender, relationships dynamics, and even a little about female anatomy—or has been bestowed upon me by other mentors, coaches, healers, therapists, and sex activists. The results I’ve given my clients and their success stories are my credentials.
I’m not an expert, your doctor, or any other type of health- or mental-care professional, and I do not make any claims or guarantees that you will achieve specific results by taking my classes, reading my articles, and/or heeding my advice.
You yourself assume full responsibility for the results achieved or not achieved or decisions made or not made by consuming my work.
All work on this site (including products, copy, and images that belong to me) is copywritten under federal law and may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission by me, Ev’Yan Whitney.
If you would like to share a quote from an article on this site, I ask that you credit me properly by including my name (Ev’Yan Whitney) and linking back to the article you are quoting.
If you are from a publication or production company and would like to use or repost a piece from this site to use in your show or work, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I try to credit all of the images I post on this site, but sometimes, in the land of Tumblr reblogs, it is difficult to track artist information. If I have posted something here without credit or if I have posted one of your images and you would like me to properly attribute or take it down please contact me here so I can rectify the situation immediately.
All images on this website that are mine (including photos from my Instagram) are not to be used without prior written permission from me, Ev’Yan Whitney.
Inclusivity is very important to me and while I do the best I can to keep the language in my articles gender-neutral, there are times where I will use certain words and pronouns and speak to experiences specifically pertaining to cis- and hetero-centric experiences because it references my own personal background as a cis woman in a long-term committed relationship with a cis man.
If you come across anything on this site that you feel is harmful or inaccurate, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I am open to feedback and criticism and am ready to listen.
